Gray Matters

Privacy Policy

The short version: Gray Matters stores all your data locally on your device. We collect nothing, track nothing, and share nothing.

What data does Gray Matters collect?

None. Gray Matters does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers. Everything you add to the app โ€” reviews, ratings, notes, photos โ€” lives only on your device and is never sent anywhere.

Camera & Photo Library

Gray Matters may ask for permission to access your camera or photo library so you can add an image to a review. These photos are stored locally on your device only and are never uploaded or shared.

Analytics & Tracking

Gray Matters contains no analytics, no crash reporting, no advertising SDKs, and no third-party trackers of any kind.

Third-party services

The app contains a voluntary link to Ko-Fi (a tipping platform) so you can support the developer if you choose. Visiting that link is entirely optional and governed by Ko-Fi's own privacy policy. Gray Matters itself passes no data to Ko-Fi.

iCloud

Gray Matters does not currently use iCloud sync. Your data does not leave your device.

Children

Gray Matters does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.

Changes to this policy

If the privacy practices of Gray Matters ever change, this page will be updated. The date at the bottom reflects the most recent revision.
