Is my data backed up?
Your reviews are stored locally on your device. They will be included in your iPhone's standard iCloud or iTunes backup, but are not synced across devices.
I deleted the app — is my data gone?
Yes. Because all data is stored locally, deleting the app removes it. If you have an iPhone backup from before the deletion, your data can be restored by restoring that backup.
Can I export my reviews?
Not yet — this is something we'd like to add in a future update.
The camera isn't working
Go to Settings → Gray Matters and make sure Camera and Photos permissions are enabled.
Something else is wrong
Please open an issue on GitHub with a description of the problem and we'll look into it.
